Visiting Crews
UTRC is pleased to welcome other clubs for training camps and rowing visits.
Experience the thrill of training on the iconic Henley course by visiting Upper Thames Rowing Club. Access to a superb 3,000m stretch of the River Thames, make it the ideal training ground for crews preparing for Henley Women’s, Henley Royal, and Henley Masters Regattas. Whether you're fine-tuning race pieces or building endurance, this historic stretch of water provides the perfect setting to sharpen your performance.
Our excellent boating and changing facilities, combined with our prime location as the only rowing club on the Henley course itself, make Upper Thames an outstanding base for UK training camps all year-round. We welcome clubs, schools, and universities looking to elevate their performance in an inspiring environment. Come and make the most of one of the best training stretches in the country, with the added motivation of rowing where legends have raced.
Athletes pay just £12 per day, which gives access to boating pontoons, changing facilities, showers, club room and kitchen. Trailers can be left on-site overnight if necessary.
