UTRC Rules and Policies

Upper Thames purpose is to be the friendly home for serious rowing enthusiasts on the Henley reach.

We believe that to achieve this the club must work together, be respectful of each individual regardless of age, culture, disability, gender, language, racial origin, religious belief and/or sexual identity.

The Club expects its members, coaches, associated individuals, and athletes to behave in a way that portrays the ethos and values of the Club, as well as the positive attributes of British Rowing.

By joining Upper Thames you are accepting to abide by our policies.  Failure to do so will result in the implementation of our disciplinary procedure (in line with British Rowing guidelines) and persistent deviation may result in membership being terminated.
