Henley Veteran Regatta has been held on the weekend following Henley Royal Regatta since 1994.

Hosted at Upper Thames the regatta has grown into an internationally recognised event for veterans or masters crews.

Competitors come from all over the world to compete and this year should be no exception.

Racing takes place over 1000m of the Royal Regatta course.

Upper Thames Small Boats Head - 26th October 2008

Regrettably the Upper Thames Small Boats Head due to take place on Sunday 26th October will not be held this year.  This is due to major landscaping work on the site taking place during October.

The event will take place next year on Sunday 25th October 2009 and we look forward to welcoming you back then.

Held over a course of approximately 2 miles upstream - the event operates under the ARA Rules of Racing and Water Safety Code.

The Safety Code requires that all boats must have bow balls, heel restraints for flexible shoes and must be in good condition. All coxes must wear a buoyancy aid.
