THE UPPER THAMES ENCLOSURE

This year Upper Thames Rowing Club is inaugurating a new Enclosure for Henley Royal Regatta, called The Upper Thames Enclosure.

The aim is to provide the rowing fraternity and their guests with a first class location in which to meet friends and enjoy the best that Henley regatta has to offer.

There are two main areas, one with a dress code and 18+policy, the other with no age or dress restrictions.

A limited number of free tickets are available to all members of a recognised rowing club anywhere in the world, if booked in advance.

Additional guest tickets will be available for £10, and all on-the-day tickets will cost £10 regardless of rowing club membership; only prebooked tickets will be free.

All guests will have to be signed in by a member (whether in advance or on-theday)or by someone who belongs to a bona fide rowing club recognized by the UTRC Ticket Office.

The Upper Thames Enclosure is restricted to members of a recognised rowing club, and their guests. The general public will not be admitted.

Alumni clubs and corporate guests are welcome to apply for the limited number of packages available on a first come first served basis.

There will be bars in both enclosure areas. Snacks will be available in the clubhouse, and adjacent to the entrance there will be Hog Roast and Fish and Chip outlets. Homemade picnics can be brought in as well.

The dress code will be blazers and tie for men on the club lawn and in the clubhouse.

Associate memberships are available at a cost of £100. Each Associate member will receive 3 five-day guest badges and a metal members badge for themselves (on-the-day ticket value of this Associate membership package is £200, so joining in advance will reduce ticket prices by 50%).
All enquiries about tickets, packages and Associate memberships should be referred by email to tickets.utrc@btinternet.com

We look forward to welcoming you and your guests to The Upper Thames Enclosure this year.
